SITE MEASUREMENT
Every opening is measured on site. Exact size governs the price, so the final quotation follows the measurement.
FABRICATION
Frames are fabricated to the measured size with 5mm clear glass and standard hardware. Other glass, hardware, colours or finishes are priced on request.
INSTALLATION
Fabrication and installation are included in the standard pricing basis. GST and transportation are extra, as applicable.

Sun, rain and cold, simulated.
100 hours under a xenon arc with water-spray cycles: no discoloration, deformation or cracking. No cracks from a falling mass at −10 °C. Water absorption 0.05%.
03SAFETY
Self-extinguishing, fungus resistant.
Flammability rated V0. No fungal growth across five species. RoHS 2.0 parameters within limits.

Twelve tests to ASTM and IS methods on SCL CORA uPVC profiles. Density 1.46 g/cc. Tensile strength 43.6 MPa. Flexural modulus 2713 MPa. Vicat softening at 79 °C. Heat deflection at 72.6 °C under 1.82 MPa. Flammability V0, self-extinguishing.

METHOD : IEC 62321, IS 12235 (P-7)
Cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBBs and PBDEs not detected. Lead and phthalates well inside the RoHS 2.0 limits. No visual change after 14 days in sulphuric acid at 55 °C.
